RETURNS POLICY

If the product you receive is damaged, Please inform us within 48 hrs of delivery. Please share the image at shopmerraze@gmail.com along with your Order Id and we will dispatch the new products.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please don’t hesitate to mail us at shopmerraze@gmail.com

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit/debit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

Note: There is no RETURN/EXCHANGE on offer products, we replace only damaged products with same design.
